Cognitive Behavior Therapy
Whether you’re having trouble with anxiety or depression, your negative thoughts patterns and conditioned beliefs can trigger your nervous system into survival mode. CBT works by rewiring negative thought patterns and replacing with healthy positive thoughts and beliefs. It works to stop the ruminating worries.
RELAXATION & stress management
If you’re having trouble sleeping, quieting your mind, feeling panicky, you may be highly stressed and burned out. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques work to calm the nervous system and aid you to become aware of your thoughts. Allowing you to be conscious of the present moment. This allows you to be the watcher of your thoughts.
Talk and support therapy
Sometimes it’s hard to find someone that you can feel safe and comfortable with so that you can open up and get the heaviness in your life out of your head. Talk therapy lets you feel comfortable, in a safe, confidential environment
EMDR Therapy
If your struggling with past traumas, or, not so long ago traumas, EMDR therapy works by processing those trauma memories, assessing the level of distress your carrying around with you, desensitizing that distress and then reprocessing the negative thoughts and beliefs you’ve been believing about yourself.
